A ski touring shop run by guides
Ski-touring.com is run by Durango d.o.o. from Kranj, Slovenia. The same team runs the ProMontana mountain shop and the Lifetrek travel agency. We have guided ski tours since 1990, from the Julian Alps to the Caucasus, Iceland and Central Asia.
We sell gear we use ourselves and help you choose it for the way you actually tour: weight, width, binding type and boot fit.

Do you ship outside Slovenia?
Yes. We ship with GLS to most EU countries. The shipping cost for your country is shown in the cart before you pay.
Can I rent ski touring equipment for a tour?
Yes. Let us know at least 21 days before the tour starts. Most of our destinations are remote and rental on the spot is usually not available.
Which tour is right for my level?
Every tour lists its difficulty, daily ascent and time on skis. If you are unsure, write to us with your experience and we will suggest a tour that fits.
Can you help me choose skis, bindings or boots?
Yes. Call us, write to us or visit the shop in Kranj. Tell us where and how you tour and we will recommend a setup.
