In the ski touring segment, you generally have the following categories available: race, ski touring, all mountain, freeride. The main criterion is the width of the ski under the shoe. Then you have to answer a few questions.

What is more important to you; walking on skis and easier movement in snowy nature or skiing in the valley and thus better performance of skiing? If walking is more important to you, definitely choose easier touring skis. Also if you are either a beginner or a really experienced touring skier who goes on ski expeditions. If skiing itself means more to you, choose more freeride or all mountain skis. These are wider under the shoe and usually give us more joy in skiing itself. Especially when the snow conditions become more demanding (deeper snow, heavy and wet snow).

What is your level of skiing? We recommend slightly shorter skis to less experienced skiers. This will make it easier for them to walk and to meander more slowly.
What is your height and weight? Classic touring skis are usually 5-15 cm shorter than body height.While freeride skis we choose 10-15 cm higher than us. Heavier skiers generally need longer skis for greater buoyancy.
On what terrains will you mostly ski? If you are looking for unscathed snow on the slopes or you will go into deep snow in the middle of winter in the heart of the mountains, then choose all mountain or even freeride skis. Otherwise, classic ski tours.
