Not the right size or not what you expected? You can return goods bought in our online shop within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to return

  • Tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods: email info@ski-touring.com with your order number, or use the form below.
  • Send the goods within 14 days of your notice to: Durango d.o.o., Partizanska 18, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia. You can also bring them to our shop in Kranj.
  • Goods should be unused, complete and, where possible, in the original packaging.
  • You pay the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Refunds and exchanges

We refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your notice, to the same payment method or to your bank account. We may wait until the goods arrive or you send proof of dispatch. If you prefer, we can exchange the item for another size or product; if it is in stock, we send it within a week of receiving your return.

Defects and guarantee

If something is wrong with a product, report it within two months of noticing the defect. We are liable for defects that appear within two years of delivery and reply to every claim within 8 days. Manufacturer guarantees are handled directly with the manufacturer or through us. More in our Terms and conditions.

Withdrawal form
