Shipping and delivery
We ship from our shop in Kranj, Slovenia, with GLS. Parcels are usually delivered in the morning, so choose an address where someone is present. You can also collect your order in our shop in Kranj at no cost.

If you are not at home
GLS leaves a notice with the parcel number. You can arrange a new delivery with GLS or collect the parcel at a GLS ParcelShop, where it is kept for 7 days. If you do not contact GLS, they try again on the fifth working day; if that fails, the parcel comes back to us.
Cash on delivery
Available for delivery in Slovenia only. Pay in cash to the courier; GLS charges no extra fee. GLS may ask for ID before handing over the parcel.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel is damaged, opened or incomplete, note it with the courier and email us at info@ski-touring.com. We will settle it with GLS.
